My flight is delayed: will the driver wait, and do I pay?
Short answer
Yes, your driver waits, and the delay costs you nothing: we track your flight using the number you give us when booking, and the pick-up time follows the actual landing time. The first 60 minutes after the actual landing are free; after that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate for the class booked (€95/h in an E-Class), per hour or part hour.
In detail
Waiting time starts from the actual landing, not the scheduled time, so a flight that lands two hours late does not change your price. Your chauffeur is there 15 minutes before the agreed time and meets you in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 1 hour before pick-up. Let them know if baggage reclaim or passport control is taking a while.
Beyond the free waiting time, the hourly rate depends on the class: €95/h in an E-Class, €165/h in an S-Class and €135/h in a V-Class. The extra is charged after the ride to the card you paid with, or settled through a payment link. Waiting at the airport is capped at 120 minutes (terms and conditions, article 7): after that, if we have not heard from you, the chauffeur may leave the meeting point.
