What does the price include?
The price is fixed, includes VAT and is per vehicle, not per passenger: fuel and tolls are included for the whole trip, with no surcharge at night, at weekends or on public holidays, none for traffic or detours, and none for very long trips. Only long-term parking (private car park, hotel), if you ask for it, is charged at cost.
For London, the Eurotunnel Standard ticket is included too; Flexiplus priority boarding is an option (€80).
Where can the trip start and end?
The published prices apply between central Paris and the city, in either direction. Up to 100 km, any trip is priced by distance and shown online before you pay. Beyond that, a destination that is not listed, or a start outside Paris (an airport or another city, for example) towards one of these destinations, goes through a quote: the price is confirmed in writing before any payment.
Waiting at pick-up
Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the agreed time. At an address, the first 15 minutes of waiting are free (30 at a station, 60 after landing at an airport); after that, waiting is charged at the hourly chauffeur-on-demand rate for the class booked (€95/h E-Class, €165/h S-Class, €135/h V-Class), per hour or part hour. You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 2 hours before pick-up.
Return trips and a day on site
An outbound and return trip requested together get 10% off the total of both trips, rounded up to the nearest euro, even in two different classes. You get it through a quote (form, phone or WhatsApp): online booking does not apply it. For London, the return prices published on its page apply.
To spend the day on site, there are day packages, booked through a quote: Round-trip Champagne day (Reims), 5 h on site: €1,080 in an E-Class; Normandy full-day tour, 5 h on site: from €1,400 in an E-Class; Mont-Saint-Michel day trip, round trip: €1,650 in an E-Class. For any other city, ask us for a quote.
Which car for a long trip?
A Mercedes E-Class (1 to 3 passengers, 2 suitcases in the boot and 2 pieces of hand luggage) or S-Class (1 to 3 passengers, 2 suitcases in the boot and 2 pieces of hand luggage); for a group, the V-Class seats up to 7 passengers, with 4 large suitcases in the boot + 2 medium ones + a pushchair or a cabin suitcase, plus hand luggage; with fewer passengers, more suitcases (up to 5 passengers: 8 to 9 suitcases). The electric Mercedes EQE and EQV are not offered beyond 100 km. Our vehicles are Mercedes-Benz cars less than 4 years old.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Online booking is open until 2 hours before departure; for long-distance trips, 48 hours' notice is recommended. The full fare is paid when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice, and a company order over €1,000 including VAT goes through a quote.
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.

Paris to Lille costs €650 in an E-Class and €890 in a V-Class, at a fixed price per vehicle including VAT, tolls and fuel; the S-Class is on quote. The V-Class seats up to 7 passengers; the electric EQE and EQV do not make this trip of more than 100 km.
What does Paris to Brussels or Paris to Geneva cost with a chauffeur?
