Is the S-Class available for business aviation at Le Bourget?
Yes: €240 between Paris and Le Bourget airport, with your chauffeur meeting you at your FBO terminal and a confidentiality agreement on request. A Maybach, Bentley or Rolls-Royce is always priced on request.
Can I hire the Mercedes S-Class by the hour?
Yes, with our chauffeur-on-demand service: €165/h (3-hour minimum), €655 for 4 hours, €1,255 for 8 hours, or €1,790 for 12 hours. 40 km are included per hour booked. The same chauffeur stays with you, waiting time is included in the hours, and each extra hour or part hour is charged at the same hourly rate.
Do you provide a child seat?
Yes, free of charge — just ask when you book: an infant seat (0 to 2 years, under 13 kg) or a booster seat (2 to 9 years, 13 to 36 kg). In a van (V-Class or EQV), up to 2 child or booster seats and 1 infant seat. In a saloon (E-Class, EQE, S-Class), ask for it when you book and give the age of each child: a booster seat is provided without difficulty; a child seat or an infant seat is confirmed by our team depending on availability.
Can I pay the chauffeur on the day?
No. The full fare is paid when you book, online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice. Any waiting beyond the free 60 minutes is charged after the ride, and your invoice is emailed to you.
What are the cancellation terms?
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
