We accept bookings up to 2 hours before departure. For special events and long-distance, we recommend 48h in advance. For any urgent request, call directly +33 (0)1 58 96 39 43 — a human answers.
Absolutely. Night, weekend, public holiday, peak season — the displayed rate does not change. Fuel and tolls included, long distance too. Total transparency, zero surprise.
All our chauffeurs are bilingual French-English. On request, we have Arabic-speaking and Spanish-speaking chauffeurs for our international clients. State your language preference at booking.
Changes to the date, time or address are free as long as they reach us before the chauffeur sets off. Cancellation: more than 48 hours before pick-up, 80% refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund (T&Cs, article 5). For any urgent change, contact us by phone or WhatsApp — our team replies during the day.
