Three configurations possible: traditional 6+1 (3-seat rear bench + 2 intermediate seats + driver), 7 seats (two retractable 3+2 benches + 1 front passenger seat) or 4 face-to-face VIP seats (private cabin with work table between seats, premium mobile office mode). Vs Range Rover Autobiography
Range Rover for 4-6 passengers in private family-luxury mode: ski station, country estate on gravel paths, Saint-Tropez residence. How much does a 7-seat van to the airport cost?
Fixed prices per vehicle from central Paris, including VAT, in a V-Class or EQV: €159 to CDG, €135 to Orly, €159 to Le Bourget, €315 to Beauvais, €105 to a Paris railway station and €159 to Disneyland Paris. Tolls and fuel are included, with no surcharge at night, at weekends or on public holidays.
What's the difference between the V-Class and the EQV?
The EQV is the all-electric Mercedes van: it has the same number of seats (up to 7 passengers) and the same price as the V-Class. Luggage: in the V-Class, 4 large suitcases in the boot + 2 medium ones + a pushchair or a cabin suitcase, plus hand luggage; with fewer passengers, more suitcases (up to 5 passengers: 8 to 9 suitcases); in the EQV, 4 suitcases in the boot and 3 pieces of hand luggage — with a lot of luggage, choose the V-Class.
Where will the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals area of your terminal, just outside baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name. We track your flight, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free. You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 2 hours before pick-up.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge — just ask when you book: an infant seat (0 to 2 years, under 13 kg) or a booster seat (2 to 9 years, 13 to 36 kg). In a van (V-Class or EQV), up to 2 child or booster seats and 1 infant seat. In a saloon (E-Class, EQE, S-Class), ask for it when you book and give the age of each child: a booster seat is provided without difficulty; a child seat or an infant seat is confirmed by our team depending on availability.
Can I hire the van by the hour?
Yes, with our chauffeur-on-demand service: €135/h in a V-Class or EQV, 3-hour minimum, or €530 for 4 hours and €1,010 for 8 hours. The same chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking.
Can I pay the chauffeur on the day?
No. The full fare is paid when you book, online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice. Any waiting beyond the free 60 minutes is charged after the ride, and your invoice is emailed to you.
What are the cancellation terms?
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
