A chauffeur and Mercedes booked by the hour, in Paris and the Île-de-France region: €95/h in an E-Class, €135/h in a 7-seat V-Class and €165/h in an S-Class, with a 3-hour minimum; 4-hour (€380 in an E-Class) and 8-hour (€720) packages. 40 km are included per hour booked.
Waiting time is included: your chauffeur stays with you between meetings. Each hour or part hour beyond your booking is charged at the same hourly rate. Online you can book 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12 hours; for more than 12 hours, we quote on request.
Pay by card when you book (companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice). Cancellation follows our terms and conditions: 80% is refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up.

Online, a chauffeur at your disposal is booked by the hour (3 hours minimum), by the half-day or by the day; a week or a month is priced on quote. For a week, a month or a recurring assignment, a dedicated chauffeur is arranged on quote: we agree the vehicle, the hours per day and the mileage with you, then the price is confirmed in writing before you pay. This arrangement is not bookable online.
What a chauffeur at your disposal includes: blocks of 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 12 hours, 40 km included per hour, extra hours at the same hourly rate, per started hour; fuel and tolls included. For example, an 8-hour day: €720 in an E-Class, €1,010 in a V-Class, €1,255 in an S-Class.

The Mercedes V-Class (or the electric EQV, same price): up to 7 passengers and 7 bags (4 large suitcases, 2 medium, a pushchair or a cabin suitcase), 4 suitcases in the EQV, €135/h or €1,010 for 8 hours. For 1 to 3 people, an E-Class is enough.
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
