How do I get to the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre?

Paris Nord Villepinte (ZAC Paris Nord 2, 93420 Villepinte) hosts major trade fairs, including Maison & Objet. According to the venue operator, it is 15 minutes from CDG airport and about 30 minutes from central Paris, longer when fairs open. Between CDG or Le Bourget and the venue the trip is short and the price is the airport fare: €115 in an E-Class and €159 in a V-Class. From Paris, the fare is calculated by distance and shown before you pay. Your chauffeur drops you as close as possible to your hall, depending on the drop-off areas opened by the organiser; give the hall number when booking.

What about a fair at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles?

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (1 place de la Porte de Versailles, Paris 15th) hosts events such as the Paris Motor Show. Because it is inside central Paris, the airport fares apply: €115 from CDG and €95 from Orly in an E-Class, €135 from Orly in a V-Class. From a Paris hotel, the ride is calculated by distance, from €85 in an E-Class. On opening days the area around the venue is very busy: leave with a 20 to 30-minute margin and tell us which entrance you need, so your chauffeur can pick the smoothest approach. For the return, agree on a pick-up point away from the main exit: it often saves a quarter of an hour.

Can we keep the same chauffeur for the whole fair day?

For an exhibitor or a team moving between meetings, hotel and dinner, a chauffeur on demand keeps the same driver and car: €95/h per hour in an E-Class (3-hour minimum), or as a block, €720 for 8 hours and €1,020 for 12 hours. Waiting is included and 40 km are included per hour booked; hours beyond the block are charged at the same hourly rate, per hour or part hour. The car also works as a cloakroom: samples, brochures and suitcases stay on board while you are on the stand. Call your chauffeur ten minutes before you leave and they will pick you up at the agreed point.

Which vehicle for a team, and how are we invoiced?

Up to 3 people, a Mercedes E-Class or S-Class is enough. For a team of four to 7, or with equipment, a Mercedes V-Class takes everyone: up to 7 passengers and 6 to 7 suitcases, €159 between CDG and Villepinte, €1,010 for an 8-hour day. Companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice, with an invoice in the company's name and the event reference if you need it. During major fairs vehicles go quickly: book as soon as your dates are known, ideally at least 48 hours ahead. For several vehicles or several days, a quote request lets us group everything together.
