Wheelchair users and reduced mobility
Reduced-mobility transport with a chauffeur in Paris
Reduced-mobility transport: key facts
Private chauffeur for a person with reduced mobility in Paris and the Île-de-France region: a folding wheelchair travels in the boot like a piece of luggage, in a saloon or a van. A wheelchair that does not fold will not fit in a saloon, but it can travel in a Mercedes V-Class with 2 rear seats folded down, leaving 2 to 3 passenger seats. We have no ramp and no adapted vehicle, so every request goes through a quote.

My wheelchair folds: how does the trip work?
A folding wheelchair travels in the boot, like a piece of luggage: it takes up some of the space (in a saloon, 2 suitcases in the boot and 2 pieces of hand luggage) but adds nothing to the price. Your chauffeur stows it and takes it out on arrival. Tell us in your request, with the number of suitcases, so that we choose the right vehicle.
My wheelchair does not fold: is it possible?
Not in a saloon: a wheelchair that does not fold will not fit in the boot of an E-Class, an EQE or an S-Class. In a Mercedes V-Class it is possible: we fold down 2 rear seats and the wheelchair travels in their place, leaving 2 to 3 seats for passengers. We have no access ramp and no adapted vehicle: tell us the wheelchair's size and how the person gets into the car, and we will check the solution before confirming.
How do I make a request?
Every request for a person with reduced mobility goes through a quote, not through online booking: give us the trip, date, time, number of passengers, the type of wheelchair (folding or not, its size if you can) and your luggage. We check the vehicle and reply with a firm price. You can also call us on +33 (0)1 58 96 39 43 or write on WhatsApp to +33 7 69 70 00 20.
What does it cost?
The price is the price of the vehicle, fixed and per trip, with no charge for the wheelchair or for mobility assistance: for example €115 in an E-Class or €159 in a V-Class between CDG and Paris. Tolls and fuel are included, with no night or weekend surcharge, and the first 60 minutes of waiting at the airport are free.
