Can a wheelchair that does not fold travel with a private chauffeur?

Short answer

Not in a saloon: a wheelchair that does not fold will not fit in the boot of an E-Class, an EQE or an S-Class. In a Mercedes V-Class it is possible: we fold down 2 rear seats and the wheelchair travels in their place, leaving 2 to 3 passenger seats. We have no ramp and no adapted vehicle, so the request goes through a quote rather than online booking.

In detail

In your quote request, give the trip, date, time, number of passengers, the size of the wheelchair and how the person gets into the car: we check the solution before confirming, then reply with a firm price. You can also call us or write to us on WhatsApp.

The price is the price of the vehicle, with no charge for the wheelchair: for example €159 in a V-Class between CDG and Paris, or €135 between Orly and Paris, tolls and fuel included. A folding wheelchair travels in the boot like a piece of luggage, in a saloon or a van, and mobility assistance is free.
