Flight cancelled, strike: we drive you there
At a glance
Your flight is cancelled or a strike has stopped the trains: a Precellence chauffeur drives you by car from Paris to your destination in Europe, at a fixed price shown before you book, from Paris, CDG or Orly.
Our fleet is ready: an E-Class or S-Class saloon (sedan) for 3 passengers, or the V-Class, our 7-seat Mercedes van (Mercedes V-Class, people carrier, minivan).
A private chauffeur — a licensed chauffeur holding a French VTC licence — picks you up at your address and drops you at your destination, with no change of vehicle.
The price is per vehicle, not per passenger; tolls and fuel are included, at the same price by day, by night and at the weekend.
Prices are published from central Paris (inside the Périphérique), CDG and Orly; from another town in the Île-de-France region, the trip is on quote.
Online booking up to 2 h before departure; to leave sooner, call us.

When is going by road the best solution?
When flights or replacement trains are full or too late, the car gets you on your way straight away.
- Air traffic controllers' strike: flights cancelled one after another, sometimes over several days.
- Flight cancelled for a technical reason or for lack of crew.
- Snow, fog or storm: airport closed or running at reduced capacity.
- SNCF or Eurostar strike: trains cancelled to Lyon, Lille, Brussels, Amsterdam or London.
- Missed connection: you are in Paris and your next flight has left.
How much does going by road cost for a family or a group?
The price is per vehicle, whatever the number of passengers.
The V-Class, our Mercedes van (Mercedes V-Class), carries up to 7 passengers.
Example: Paris → Brussels in V-Class costs €1,170, or €168 per passenger when there are 7 of you.
Example: Paris → London in V-Class costs €2,320, or €332 per passenger, Le Shuttle crossing included.
For more than 7 passengers, we send two vehicles; a minibus is possible on quote.
Can you pick me up at CDG or Orly?
Yes: your chauffeur waits for you at the terminal, as for an airport transfer.
From CDG or Orly, a city with a fixed fare from Paris costs the same fixed fare; for the others, the price follows the actual distance from the airport (per-kilometre rate), with the airport's fixed fare as the minimum: see the second table.
Tap a price in the second table to book from the airport, or call us with your terminal and your destination.
What do I need to cross a border?
Keep your identity card or passport within reach.
The United Kingdom requires a passport and, depending on your nationality, an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA).
Switzerland is in the Schengen area but outside the European Union: a customs check is possible.
To London, the car crosses the Channel on board Eurotunnel Le Shuttle, included in the price.

Long journeys, in complete peace of mind
On a long journey, your chauffeur stops roughly every two hours, as France's road-safety agency (Sécurité routière) recommends: a few minutes for a coffee, the toilets or a chance to stretch your legs, for you and for your chauffeur. Your chauffeur tells you about the breaks from the start and chooses the moment with you. This is a safety rule we do not compromise on: a rested chauffeur is an attentive chauffeur. Would you rather arrive in one go? Then we recommend two chauffeurs taking turns at the wheel: stops are kept to a minimum, and you arrive at the planned time.
