Precellence Service is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (loi Informatique et Libertés).
2. Data collected
As part of our private chauffeur services, we collect the following data:
- Identity: last name, first name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Ride: pick-up address, destination, date and time
- Flight: flight number (for airport transfers only)
- Payment: payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers
- Company: company name, job title (for B2B accounts only)
- Mobility aid (optional): if you tell us you travel with a cane, a walker or a wheelchair. This information may reveal health data: you provide it voluntarily, and it is used solely to prepare your ride (vehicle and assistance from the chauffeur).
AI assistants: public API and MCP server
AI assistants (for example Claude or ChatGPT) can request our prices and conditions through our read-only public API (/api/public/quote, /api/public/conditions) or our MCP server (https://precellence-service.com/mcp). These requests only describe the trip (pickup and drop-off places or addresses, date, time, number of passengers): no name, no contact details, no account. We keep no personal data from them: addresses are not written to our logs; the IP address is neither logged nor stored (the API rate limit keeps only a truncated fingerprint, deleted within 25 hours; the MCP server limit is shared by all its users and does not use the IP address); the answer to a request, which repeats the requested trip, is kept for 10 minutes in the cache of our host Cloudflare to serve the same request, then deleted. To compute the price, typed addresses are sent to Google (Maps Platform); places found are cached for at most 6 hours. No booking and no payment take place through the assistant: they happen on our website, where the other articles of this policy apply. The assistant you use processes your conversation under its own privacy policy.
3. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is used exclusively to:
