Per vehicle, whatever the number of passengers up to the seats available: 1 to 3 in an E-Class or S-Class, up to 7 in a V-Class. For example, Paris ↔ CDG costs €115 in an E-Class and €159 in a V-Class for 7 people.

No. The price you see is fixed and guaranteed, with no surcharge for night-time, weekends, public holidays, the season or traffic. Tolls and fuel are included.

€85 in an E-Class or EQE, €105 in a V-Class or EQV and €140 in an S-Class. Longer rides are priced by distance; trips between central Paris and the airports, railway stations and Disneyland Paris have a fixed price.

60 minutes after the actual landing time at airports (your chauffeur tracks your flight), 30 minutes at railway stations and 15 minutes at an address. After that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate of the class booked (€95/h E-Class, €165/h S-Class, €135/h V-Class), per hour or part hour.

With our chauffeur-on-demand service (40 km included per hour), 8 hours cost €720 in an E-Class, €1,010 in a V-Class and €1,255 in an S-Class; 12 hours cost €1,020, €1,430 and €1,790. Beyond 12 hours, we quote on request.

Yes: 10% off the total of both legs when you book the outward and return trips together (transfers and long-distance trips, not hourly hire).

Yes, free of charge — just ask when you book: an infant seat (0 to 2 years, under 13 kg) or a booster seat (2 to 9 years, 13 to 36 kg). In a van (V-Class or EQV), up to 2 child or booster seats and 1 infant seat. In a saloon (E-Class, EQE, S-Class), ask for it when you book and give the age of each child: a booster seat is provided without difficulty; a child seat or an infant seat is confirmed by our team depending on availability.

Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
