Chauffeur at your disposal during Euronaval
Hourly hire means a chauffeur and Mercedes booked for a number of hours: your chauffeur drops you at Paris Nord Villepinte, waits nearby during the show and picks you up for lunch, a meeting in town or dinner, as often as you need within the hours booked. Waiting is included, so you never hunt for a car when you leave the show.
Half day (4 hours): €380 in an E-Class; full day (8 hours): €720; long day (12 hours): €1,020. By the hour: €95/h in an E-Class, €165/h in an S-Class, €135/h in a V-Class, 3-hour minimum; each hour or part hour beyond your booking is charged at the same hourly rate.

Who is it for?
- Exhibitors: Hotel ↔ stand runs early in the morning and after closing time, plus meetings in town between two show days: an 8-hour or 12-hour day saves booking every single trip.
- Delegations: A V-Class or EQV carries up to 7 people (luggage: 4 large suitcases in the boot + 2 medium ones + a pushchair or a cabin suitcase, plus hand luggage; with fewer passengers, more suitcases (up to 5 passengers: 8 to 9 suitcases)). For a larger delegation, several vehicles on a single quote: one request covers every vehicle and every day of the show.
- Trade visitors: A 4-hour half day is enough for a visit with a few meetings; for a one-way trip straight from your flight, the CDG ↔ Villepinte transfer has a fixed price.
- Dinners in town: In the evening, the 12-hour package covers the show day and dinner in Paris; otherwise, book a one-way transfer back to your hotel.

At the airport, your chauffeur tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name; the first 60 minutes after the actual landing are free. CDG and Le Bourget ↔ Villepinte cost the same fixed price as between the airport and central Paris: €115 in an E-Class.

In the morning, when a major show opens, the roads into the exhibition centre can be busy: agree your departure time with your chauffeur the day before; your chauffeur is there 15 minutes before the agreed time. If you chain the show, meetings in town and dinner, hourly hire is simpler: €380 for 4 hours, €720 for 8 hours, €1,020 for 12 hours in an E-Class, waiting included.
Can I book a chauffeur for the whole show week?
Online, hourly hire is booked day by day, from 3 to 12 hours. For several days in a row, more than 12 hours a day or several vehicles, ask for a quote: the price is confirmed in writing before any payment. For events, 48 hours' notice is recommended.

Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes: companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice, and a company order above €1,000 including VAT goes through a quote. Individuals pay online by card when booking. The invoice is sent by email.
What are the cancellation terms?
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
Do the chauffeurs speak English?
Yes, all our chauffeurs speak French and English. A chauffeur who also speaks another language (Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian) can be requested when booking, at least 48 hours ahead: no extra charge, subject to availability, confirmed before the ride.
