Via WhatsApp, phone or online form. You indicate the date, flight time, flight number, arrival terminal (if known), drop-off address and number of passengers. Online, confirmation by e-mail within minutes; on WhatsApp, our team replies within 2 hours during the day.

Preparation and chauffeur assignment

Before pick-up, you receive a message (WhatsApp or email) with your chauffeur's name, direct phone number, vehicle model and colour. The chauffeur reviews your file: flight, schedule, preferences.

Flight tracking and arrival at the airport

We track your flight. The chauffeur leaves base at the right moment so as to arrive fifteen minutes before landing. He parks near the relevant terminal and positions himself in the arrivals area.

Name-board welcome in the arrivals hall

Personal name sign in hand, your chauffeur waits at the exit of the baggage area. He takes charge of your suitcases, accompanies you to the vehicle, offers a bottle of water.

What is the price of a private chauffeur airport transfer in Paris?
The rate depends on the airport and vehicle. Paris ↔ CDG from €115 in Mercedes E-Class, Paris ↔ Orly from €95, Paris ↔ Le Bourget from €115, Paris ↔ Beauvais from €275 (85 km). V-Class van option from €135 (Orly) up to €315 (Beauvais). Guaranteed flat rate, with no surcharge for evenings, weekends or public holidays. Complimentary 60-minute wait after landing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time using the flight number provided at booking. The chauffeur adjusts arrival to the actual landing time, at no extra cost. The wait is complimentary for 60 minutes after landing. Beyond that, waiting is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, per hour or part thereof. This flexibility applies to all Paris airports, including low-cost flights from Beauvais which are often delayed.
Do you offer inter-airport transfers in Paris?
Yes, we operate the Paris inter-airport transfers: Orly ↔ CDG (50 min, from €136), CDG ↔ Le Bourget (15 min, from €115), Beauvais ↔ CDG (50 min, from €275). Ideal for connections impossible via the RER or too tight to be secured. Indispensable for travellers connecting from a private jet at Le Bourget to a commercial flight at CDG.

Can my chauffeur carry my luggage?
Yes, this is included as standard. Your chauffeur handles your full luggage from the arrivals exit to the vehicle, and from the vehicle to your drop-off address. Mercedes E-Class or S-Class capacity: 2 suitcases + 2 carry-on. V-Class capacity: 7 bags (4 large suitcases, 2 medium, a pushchair or a cabin suitcase) + carry-on. For oversized luggage (skis, golf, musical instruments), please specify at booking: we adapt the vehicle.

Is there a difference between CDG Airport, Charles de Gaulle and Roissy?
No, these are three names for the same airport. Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport (IATA code: CDG, ICAO code: LFPG) is also called Roissy or Roissy-CDG because it is located in the commune of Roissy-en-France. It is the main international airport in France and the third-largest in Europe by passenger traffic, with three terminals (T1, T2 with sub-terminals T2A to T2G, T3) spread across 32 sq km.
