Pay by card when you book (companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice). Cancellation follows our terms and conditions: 80% is refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up.

How much does a transfer between Paris and CDG airport cost?
Fixed price per vehicle, including VAT, for a trip between central Paris and CDG: €115 in a Mercedes E-Class or EQE (1 to 3 passengers), €240 in an S-Class (1 to 3 passengers) and €159 in a V-Class or EQV (up to 7 passengers). Tolls and fuel are included, and the price is the same day or night, on weekdays, at weekends and on public holidays.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at CDG?
In the arrivals area of your terminal (T1, T2A to T2G or T3), just outside baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name (or your company's). You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 2 hours before pick-up.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number you give us when booking, so your pick-up time follows the actual landing time at no extra cost. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free; after that, waiting is charged at the hourly chauffeur-on-demand rate for the class booked (€95/h E-Class, €165/h S-Class, €135/h V-Class), per hour or part hour.
How long before my flight should I leave Paris?
The drive between central Paris and CDG takes about 45 minutes, longer at rush hour. Give us your flight time when booking and we will agree the pick-up time with you, allowing for your airline's check-in deadline. Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the agreed time.
Can 7 people travel with 5 suitcases?
Yes, in a Mercedes V-Class, which seats up to 7 passengers; for luggage, 4 large suitcases in the boot + 2 medium ones + a pushchair or a cabin suitcase, plus hand luggage; with fewer passengers, more suitcases (up to 5 passengers: 8 to 9 suitcases). A Paris ↔ CDG trip costs €159 per vehicle. Tell us the exact number of suitcases when booking (pushchair, golf bag, folded bike: please tell us) and we will match the vehicle to your needs.
Can I pay the chauffeur on the day?
No. The full fare is paid when you book, online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice. Any waiting beyond the free 60 minutes is charged after the ride, and your invoice is emailed to you.
Do you provide a child seat?
Yes, free of charge — just ask when you book: an infant seat (0 to 2 years, under 13 kg) or a booster seat (2 to 9 years, 13 to 36 kg). In a van (V-Class or EQV), up to 2 child or booster seats and 1 infant seat. In a saloon (E-Class, EQE, S-Class), ask for it when you book and give the age of each child: a booster seat is provided without difficulty; a child seat or an infant seat is confirmed by our team depending on availability.
What are the cancellation terms?
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
