Which seat for my child, and how do I book it?
Child seats are provided free of charge in every class, saloons and vans alike, day or night. There are two types: an infant seat, from birth to 2 years and up to 13 kg, and a booster seat, from 2 to 9 years and 13 to 36 kg. In the booking form, tick "I'm travelling with a child under 9", then choose the type. For several children, give the number and age of each one under "Special notes": we will confirm how many seats fit in the vehicle you chose. The seat is fitted before the car reaches the airport, so you have nothing to carry on the plane, and the price of the trip does not change.
Where will the chauffeur meet us at CDG?
Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport has nine terminals: Terminal 1, halls 2A to 2G of Terminal 2, and Terminal 3. In each one, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, just outside baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name. Hall 2G is linked to the rest of Terminal 2 by a free shuttle bus, and the CDGVAL automatic train links terminals 1, 2 and 3 free of charge. You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 1 hour before pick-up. If you cannot see your chauffeur, call them and they will come to you. With tired children, there is no taxi queue and no long walk to a car park: the car is a few minutes from the exit.
Saloon or van for a family?
A Mercedes E-Class seats 1 to 3 passengers with 2 to 3 suitcases: enough for two adults, a child and sensible luggage. From four people, or with a pushchair and several large suitcases, a Mercedes V-Class is more comfortable: up to 7 passengers, and 6 large suitcases in its 7-seat layout. Between CDG and Paris it costs €159 per vehicle, not per person: the same price for four or seven. A pushchair counts towards boot space, never towards the price; list it under "Bulky items" in the form, with the exact number of suitcases, so the vehicle matches what you really need.
How much time do we have between landing and leaving?
Your chauffeur tracks your flight using the number you give when booking, so the pick-up time follows the actual landing time, at no extra cost if the plane is late. The first 60 minutes after actual landing are free: time to leave the plane, go through passport control and collect your bags and pushchair. After that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate for the class booked (€95/h in an E-Class), per hour or part hour. The airport is 25 km north of Paris, and the drive to the centre takes about 45 minutes, longer at rush hour. Bring water and a snack for the little ones.

Yes. Infant and booster seats are free on request when you book, in every class, and the price of the trip stays the same, for example €159 between CDG and Paris in a V-Class.
How many child seats can a vehicle take?
Give the number and age of each child when you book: we confirm how many seats fit in the vehicle you chose before you pay, or suggest a V-Class.
Can I pay the chauffeur on the day?
No. The full fare is paid when you book, online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice. Any waiting beyond the free 60 minutes is charged after the ride, and your invoice is emailed to you.
