Meeting point and waiting time
Where exactly does the private driver wait at CDG, for example at Terminal 2E?
Short answer
In the arrivals hall of your terminal (2E or any other hall of Terminal 2, T1 or T3), just outside baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name or your company's. No later than 1 hour before pick-up, you receive the chauffeur's name, the car registration and their direct number, so one call is enough to find each other.
In detail
Halls 2E and 2F are very large: if you cannot see the sign as you come out, call the number you were sent rather than searching. Your chauffeur tracks your flight, and the first 60 minutes after the actual landing are free, which leaves time to collect your bags.
Hall 2G is separate from the rest of Terminal 2 and linked to it by a free shuttle bus; Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are linked by CDGVAL, a free automated train. There is no need to give the terminal when booking: the flight number is enough.
The transfer between CDG and central Paris costs €115 in an E-Class and €159 in a V-Class, per vehicle.
