How do I recognise my chauffeur?
Short answer
Your chauffeur waits with a sign showing the name given in the booking: yours, a guest's or your company's. No later than 1 hour before pick-up, you receive by WhatsApp or email their name, the car registration and their direct number: check the registration before getting in, and call them if in doubt.
In detail
At the airport, they stand just outside baggage reclaim; at an address, by the entrance, 15 minutes before the agreed time; at a station, near the exit agreed with you by phone. They drive a Mercedes less than 4 years old, in the class you booked.
You choose the name on the sign in the booking form, under "Name on the sign": a first name or a company name is enough if you prefer to stay discreet. Your chauffeur never asks you to pay for the ride: it is paid online when you book.
