How do I avoid fake taxis and touts in the CDG arrivals hall?
Short answer
Never follow anyone who offers you a taxi or a car in the arrivals hall. Official taxis are only taken from the signposted taxi ranks outside the terminals. A booked chauffeur, on the other hand, waits with a sign showing your name, and you will already have their name, car registration and phone number.

With Precellence, everything is settled before you travel: the price (€115 in an E-Class between CDG and Paris) is paid online when you book. Your chauffeur never asks you for payment and never offers you a different fare, whatever the time of day or the length of the taxi queue.
If someone approaches you in your name but does not match the details you received, do not follow them: call the chauffeur's direct number, or our line on +33 (0)1 58 96 39 43. Check the registration before loading your luggage. To avoid searching the hall, give your flight number when booking: your chauffeur follows the actual landing time.
