Meeting point and waiting time
How much free waiting time is included at the airport, at a station or at an address?
Short answer
60 minutes at the airport, counted from the actual landing time; 30 minutes at a station; 15 minutes at any other address. After that, waiting is charged per hour or part hour at the hourly rate for the class booked: €95/h in an E-Class, €135/h in a V-Class and €165/h in an S-Class.
In detail
The maximum wait is 120 minutes at the airport, 90 at a station and 60 at any other address: after that, the chauffeur may leave the pick-up point (terms and conditions, article 7). Your chauffeur lets you know by phone or written message when paid waiting starts.
A passenger who can be reached and tells us they are running late is not treated as a no-show: their waiting time is simply charged. With hourly chauffeur service, waiting is included in the hours you book. Any extra is charged after the ride to the card you paid with, or settled through a payment link.
