How many terminals does Orly have, and how do I know mine?

Since 2019, Orly's former South and West terminals have been called Orly 1, Orly 2, Orly 3 and Orly 4. Orly 1, 2 and 3 run into one another; Orly 4 is linked to them by a covered walkway with moving walkways, as well as by a free shuttle and the Orlyval. Your terminal is shown on your ticket or in your airline's app, and it can change on the day. You do not need to know it to book: give us your flight number, your chauffeur tracks the plane and goes to the right terminal on arrival. For departures, drop-off is in front of the terminal your airline indicates.

Where will the chauffeur meet me at Orly?

In every terminal, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, just outside baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name (or your company's). You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 1 hour before pick-up. If you cannot see your chauffeur, call them and they will come to you. The first 60 minutes after actual landing are free; after that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate for the class booked, per hour or part hour (€95/h E-Class). Be wary of people offering rides in the hall: only your chauffeur, who knows your name and flight, has been booked for you.

How long does Orly – Paris take, and how much does it cost?

Allow about 30 minutes between Orly and central Paris, or 40 to 50 minutes at rush hour (7–9am, 5–8pm). The price is fixed per vehicle, in both directions, for any address in central Paris: €95 in a Mercedes E-Class or EQE (1 to 3 passengers), €190 in an S-Class and €135 in a V-Class or EQV (up to 7 passengers). Tolls and fuel are included, with no night or weekend surcharge. The metro (line 14 since June 2024) also serves the airport: handy if you travel alone and light, less so with suitcases, children or a late arrival, when a door-to-door car saves the changes.

Getting from Orly to CDG or a railway station

For a connection between Orly and CDG, the trip has no changes and your bags stay in the boot; the fare is calculated by distance and shown before you pay. To a Paris railway station (Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse, Gare du Nord…), the price is the Orly ↔ central Paris fare: €95 in an E-Class. Give us your arrival time and the time of your train or next flight when booking: we will tell you whether the margin is realistic. Online booking is open until 2 hours before pick-up; after that, call us or message us on WhatsApp at +33 7 69 70 00 20.
