Chauffeur for the Paris Motor Show: key facts
The Paris Motor Show (Mondial de l'Auto) is held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, in the 15th arrondissement; check the organiser's website for the next edition. As the venue is inside Paris, our fixed Paris prices per vehicle apply, including VAT: €115 from CDG and €95 from Orly in an E-Class, €159 and €135 in a V-Class; rides from a Paris hotel from €85.
To move between stands, meetings and evening events, book a chauffeur by the hour: €95/h in an E-Class, 3-hour minimum, or €720 for 8 hours, waiting included. Tolls and fuel are included, with no night or weekend surcharge.
Pay by card when you book (companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice). Cancellation follows our terms and conditions: 80% is refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up.

The Paris Motor Show (Mondial de l'Auto) is France's leading motor show. German premium manufacturers (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche), Italian (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati), Japanese (Toyota, Nissan, Honda), Korean (Hyundai, Kia, Genesis), Chinese (BYD, MG, NIO, XPeng), American (Tesla, Ford) — all deploy their global commercial teams and new models for international press and dealership partners.
For executives and specialist press, transportation must match the status. Mercedes S-Class First Class for CEOs, Maybach for guests of honour, V-Class for 6-7 person delegations, E-Class for export executives and journalists.
Precellence has not yet operated the Paris Motor Show in-house. We prepare each exhibition in advance: access points, schedules and drop-off points. Before pick-up, you receive your chauffeur's name, number plate and direct phone number.

How much is a transfer from CDG to the Paris Motor Show?
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is inside Paris, so the fixed Paris ↔ CDG price applies: €115 in an E-Class, €240 in an S-Class and €159 in a V-Class (up to 7 passengers), per vehicle including VAT and tolls.
What about from Orly airport?
€95 in an E-Class, €190 in an S-Class and €135 in a V-Class. Orly is the closest airport to Porte de Versailles: allow about 25 to 35 minutes outside rush hour.
How much is a ride from my hotel to the show?
Within Paris, rides are priced by distance with a minimum fare of €85 in an E-Class, €140 in an S-Class and €105 in a V-Class; you see the exact price before you pay.
When is the Paris Motor Show?

Can I book a chauffeur for the whole show day?
Yes: €95/h (3-hour minimum), €380 for 4 hours, €720 for 8 hours in an E-Class; €1,010 for 8 hours in a V-Class for a team, €1,255 in an S-Class. Waiting between meetings is included, with 40 km per hour booked.
Can I pay the chauffeur on the day?
No. The full fare is paid when you book, online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice. Any waiting beyond the free 60 minutes is charged after the ride, and your invoice is emailed to you.
What are the cancellation terms?
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
