Meeting point and waiting time

Meet and greet or a chauffeur with a name sign: what is the difference at the airport?

Short answer

Your chauffeur waits for you inside the terminal, after passport control, with your name on a tablet sign: this welcome is included in every transfer. Meet & Greet goes further: a greeter meets you as you step off the plane and stays with you all the way, through the controls and baggage claim, to the car, for €250 per welcome.

In detail

The included welcome suits most travellers: your chauffeur tracks your flight, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free. After that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate of the class, per hour started, up to 120 minutes after landing.

Meet & Greet is most useful on a first trip to Paris, with young children and a pushchair, for an elderly traveller or for anyone who does not speak French: someone guides you through the corridors, the controls and the baggage belts, then hands you over to your chauffeur.

It is booked through a quote, with your flight number, and comes on top of the transfer, for example €115 from CDG to Paris in an E-Class. The same welcome exists at the main Paris railway stations, on the platform, at €290 per welcome.
