Most large international providers operate as platforms, where each city is a separate booking cycle. We made another choice. Your contact in Paris does not change when you cross the Channel, the Bosphorus or the Alps.

How does the Precellence international network work?

You book directly with our Paris team. We coordinate behind the scenes with our premium partners in each city (London, Istanbul, Geneva and across Switzerland). You deal with a single point of contact, receive one invoice, and experience the same standard of service from start to finish.

Do you operate everywhere in the world?

Our coverage is organised in three clear tiers. Direct service: Paris and all of France. Confirmed premium partners with published rates: London, Istanbul, Geneva and all of Switzerland. Extended network activated on request: Dubai, Doha, New York, Tokyo, Milan. Beyond, we study each request case by case — our actual partner network of premium chauffeurs reaches well beyond the cities listed publicly.

Is the service standard identical across every city?

Yes. Our partners are selected for their fleet (Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, V-Class in VIP and Maybach Edition finishes, Sprinter for groups), their experience with discerning high-net-worth clients, and their willingness to sign our discretion charter. English-speaking chauffeurs are guaranteed everywhere. All administrative dimensions (booking, quote, billing, follow-up) remain with our Paris team, in English or French. Flight tracking, airport waiting time included, NDA on request, discreet plates.

One single invoice for several countries — really?

Yes. You settle with Precellence in euros from Paris, via Stripe, bank transfer or American Express. We handle the remuneration of our partners in their local currency behind the scenes. For you, it is one transaction and one invoice, emailed in English or French on request.

How long does it take to activate an extended-network destination?

For confirmed cities (London, Istanbul, Geneva and all of Switzerland): reply within 2 hours during the day on WhatsApp, subject to availability. For extended-network cities (Dubai, Doha, New York, Tokyo, Milan, etc.): typically 24 to 72 hours to obtain a firm quote from our local partner. Urgent requests are prioritised during the day via WhatsApp at +33 7 69 70 00 20.

Can you combine Paris, London and Istanbul on the same trip?

This is exactly our core expertise. Whether you arrive in Paris CDG from JFK or IST, cross to London via Eurotunnel, or run a Paris–Istanbul–Paris loop, we orchestrate the whole. One client-side brief. Invisible coordination on our end. For complex itineraries (three or more cities), you keep a single point of contact for all your requests.

Are your chauffeurs English-speaking across the network?

Yes. Every chauffeur in the Precellence network — Paris, London, Istanbul, Geneva — is required to communicate fluently in English. On request, we can arrange chauffeurs who also speak Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese or Portuguese. Specify at booking.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes. All American Express cards are accepted. Payment is taken in euros. Your invoice is emailed after your ride, in French or English on request.

Intercontinental flight tracking

Parisian palace hotels

Pick-up from the great Parisian hotels (Plaza Athénée, Le Bristol, Ritz, Crillon, Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental…); luggage carried to the hotel reception, or up to your apartment at a private address if requested when booking.

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed on request. No logo on the vehicle. Total discretion on passenger identity.

Are your chauffeurs English-speaking?

All Precellence chauffeurs speak French and English. On request, we can arrange a chauffeur who also speaks Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese or Portuguese. Please mention it when booking.
