Paris CDG terminals renamed in March 2027: what changes?

Short answer

From March 2027, the terminals at Paris-Charles de Gaulle carry a single number, from 1 to 7: Terminal 1 stays 1, today's Terminal 3 becomes 2, terminals 2A and 2C become 3, 2B and 2D become 4, 2E becomes 5, 2F becomes 6 and 2G becomes 7. Boarding areas get new letters.

In detail

The change comes with the opening of CDG Express, announced for 28 March 2027. New signs have been going up since autumn 2026, covered until March 2027, and some airlines already show the new names on tickets for March 2027 flights: go by the terminal printed on your boarding pass.

Boarding areas: Terminal 1, areas S and R; Terminal 2, V; Terminal 3, F; Terminal 4, G and H; Terminal 5, B, C and D; Terminal 6, E; Terminal 7, N. Car parks take the number of their terminal. To find out where your flight arrives, check your booking or ask the airline: airline allocations can change.

With a chauffeur, there is nothing to remember: your chauffeur tracks your flight, knows your terminal and waits for you inside the terminal, after passport control, with a name sign. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
