Do you track my flight number?
Short answer
Yes. Give us your flight number when booking: we track your flight and the pick-up time follows the actual landing time, at no extra cost if the plane is late. The first 60 minutes after the actual landing are free; after that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate for the class booked (€95/h in an E-Class), per hour or part hour.
In detail
Enter it in the booking form, in the "Flight number" field. If your flight changes (number, day or airport), let us know: we track the flight you gave us. There is no need to give the terminal, at Orly (Orly 1 to 4) or at CDG: tracking the flight you gave us is enough.
Your chauffeur is there 15 minutes before the agreed time and meets you in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 1 hour before pick-up. If you arrive by train, give us the train number: at a station, 30 minutes of waiting are free.
