Can my company be invoiced and pay by bank transfer?
Short answer
Yes. Every ride comes with an invoice emailed after the service, showing the price and VAT. Companies can pay by card when booking or by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice. For example, a transfer between CDG and Paris in an E-Class costs €115 including VAT.
In detail
For companies, the booking form asks for the company name, a business email, the SIRET number (optional) and your internal reference (purchase order, cost centre). Payment by bank transfer within 30 days is set up once agreed with our team. Published prices include VAT; the invoice shows the amount before tax and the VAT separately.
You can book for a colleague or a guest: they receive their pick-up details, and you receive the confirmation and booking number. The name sign at pick-up can show the company name. For regular needs or larger volumes, write to us: terms are set by quote.
