How long is the drive to Disneyland?
From central Paris, allow about 45 minutes to Disneyland Paris, longer during the morning and evening rush hours. From CDG airport, the drive of around forty kilometres usually takes 35 minutes to an hour, depending on motorway traffic. From Orly, the time also depends on the hour: give us your flight time and we will give you a realistic estimate. A traffic jam never changes the agreed price: it is fixed when you book, tolls and fuel included. If you have a restaurant or show booking on arrival, keep at least 30 minutes in hand on these times. Your chauffeur chooses the route according to the traffic at the time.
How much is a private car to Disneyland?
Between central Paris and Disneyland Paris, the price is fixed per vehicle, not per person: €115 in a Mercedes E-Class (1 to 3 passengers), €240 in an S-Class and €159 in a V-Class or EQV (up to 7 passengers). For a family of five to seven, a V-Class therefore costs the same in total as for four. From CDG and Orly airports there is no flat fare: the price is calculated by distance and shown before you pay, with nothing added afterwards. Tolls and fuel are included, child seats are free on request, and an outward and return trip requested together get 10% off.
Where does the chauffeur drop us off?
Your chauffeur drops you at the entrance of your Disney hotel (Disneyland Hotel, Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge, Hotel Cheyenne, Hotel Santa Fe, Davy Crockett Ranch) or a partner hotel, and helps unload the luggage. If you are going straight to the parks, say so when booking: drop-off is as close to the entrances as the car access allowed that day permits. Give the exact address or hotel name: the central Paris price covers the parks, Disney Village and the Disney hotels, in both directions. At the end of your stay, the same price applies to the trip from your hotel back to your address in Paris.
How do we organise the return in the evening?
There are two options. The simplest is to book a second trip for the return, at the time you choose, from your hotel or the park entrance; requested together, the outward and return trips get 10% off. The second is to keep the chauffeur with you all day, as a chauffeur on demand, at the hourly rate for the class (€135/h in a V-Class, 3-hour minimum) or as a block, €1,010 for 8 hours; waiting is included and 40 km are included per hour. For a return to the airport, give us your flight time: we agree the hotel departure time with you, and the chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Between Paris and Disneyland, a V-Class costs €159 in total, whatever the number of passengers (up to 7).
Can we go straight from CDG to Disneyland?
Yes. The fare is calculated by distance and shown before you pay; your chauffeur tracks your flight and the first 60 minutes after landing are free.
Do you provide a child seat?
Yes, free of charge — just ask when you book: an infant seat (0 to 2 years, under 13 kg) or a booster seat (2 to 9 years, 13 to 36 kg).
What are the cancellation terms?
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
