Shuttle or chauffeur: what is the difference between Beauvais and Paris?
The airport's Aérobus shuttle links Beauvais-Tillé to a single point in Paris, Porte Maillot, on a fixed timetable, with a journey of 1 hour 15 minutes or more; a one-way adult ticket costs €17.90 online and €18 on site, according to the airport's website. From Porte Maillot you still need to reach your hotel by metro or taxi, with your suitcases. A chauffeur meets you outside the terminal and drops you at your exact address, with no change: €275 in a Mercedes E-Class for the whole vehicle. For two or three people with luggage, or for a late arrival, the price gap narrows and the time saved is real.
How much is a chauffeur between Beauvais and Paris?
Between Beauvais-Tillé airport and central Paris, the price is fixed per vehicle, in both directions: €275 in a Mercedes E-Class or EQE (1 to 3 passengers), €415 in an S-Class and €315 in a V-Class or EQV (up to 7 passengers). Tolls and fuel are included, there is no night or weekend surcharge, and the price does not change if the road is busy. An outward and return trip requested together get 10% off the total of both legs. Tell us how many suitcases you have: with more than three, a V-Class is better suited than a saloon. My flight lands late at Beauvais: will the chauffeur wait?
Yes. Beauvais flights often land in the evening: your chauffeur tracks your flight and the first 60 minutes after actual landing are free. They wait just outside baggage reclaim in the terminal, holding a sign with your name; the car is parked nearby. After the free time, waiting is charged at the hourly rate for the class booked, per hour or part hour (€95/h E-Class). You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 1 hour before pick-up. If the flight is badly delayed you have nothing to do: the pick-up time follows the actual landing time, and the price stays the same.
What time should I leave Paris for a flight from Beauvais?
The drive takes about 1 hour 15 minutes off-peak, 1 hour 30 to 1 hour 45 at rush hour. For departures, we time the pick-up so you reach the airport 90 minutes before take-off, as recommended for low-cost flights, and agree it with you when you book. Your chauffeur arrives at your address 15 minutes before the agreed time. For a very early flight the price stays the same as during the day: there is no night surcharge. Can the chauffeur drop us outside Paris?
Yes. For an address outside central Paris, the fare is calculated by distance and shown before you pay, with nothing added afterwards.
Can I pay the chauffeur on the day?
No. The full fare is paid when you book, online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice. Any waiting beyond the free 60 minutes is charged after the ride, and your invoice is emailed to you.
What are the cancellation terms?
Under our terms and conditions (article 5): cancel more than 48 hours before pick-up and 80% is refunded; 24 to 48 hours, 50%; 6 to 24 hours, 25%; less than 6 hours or no-show, no refund. Changing the date, time or address is free as long as we hear from you before the chauffeur sets off.
