Can I change the time or address of my booking?
Short answer
Yes, free of charge, as long as your request reaches us before the chauffeur sets off and fits their schedule: date, time or address. Message us on WhatsApp or by email, or call us, with your booking number. If the new trip has a different price, for example from Orly (€95) to CDG (€115 in an E-Class), we tell you the new price before confirming.
In detail
A delayed flight is not a change: we track your flight and the pick-up time follows the actual landing time, at no extra cost. If you switch flights, just send us the new flight number.
Our team answers during the day on +33 (0)1 58 96 39 43, on WhatsApp at +33 7 69 70 00 20 and at [email protected]. A change that reaches us after the chauffeur has set off, or that they cannot cover, is handled as a cancellation under our terms (article 5). You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 1 hour before pick-up.
