When is my card charged?
Short answer
When you book, for the full price shown, after 3D Secure approval: for example €135 for a trip between Orly and Paris in a V-Class. Only extras recorded after the ride, such as waiting beyond the free time, can be charged later, to the same card or through a payment link.
In detail
A price shown by the online booking is guaranteed for 20 minutes; your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted, and the confirmation is emailed to you. For hourly chauffeur service, the hours you book are charged when you book; any extra hour started is charged after the ride.
If you cancel, the refund follows our terms (80% of the price more than 48 hours before pick-up) and goes back to the card you used within 5 to 10 working days. Companies paying by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice are not charged when they book.
