Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Short answer
Yes. When you pay online, Apple Pay or Google Pay appear if your device and browser support them; otherwise, you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). The amount, for example €95 between Orly and Paris in an E-Class, is paid in one go when you book.
In detail
Payments go through Stripe with strong authentication: with Apple Pay or Google Pay you approve on your phone, just as you would in a shop. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted, and you receive the confirmation by email.
Any extra after the ride (waiting beyond the free time) is charged to the same payment method or settled through a payment link. If you cancel, any refund due under our terms goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
The confirmation email sums up the date, time, pick-up address, destination, vehicle and the price paid.
