Can I pay the driver in cash on the day?
Short answer
No: the full fare is paid when you book, online, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the chauffeur does not take any payment, cash or card. Companies can pay by bank transfer within 30 days of invoice. The price, for example €115 between CDG and Paris in an E-Class, is therefore settled before you travel.
In detail
Paying online means no money changes hands when you arrive: you get a confirmation, then your invoice by email after the ride. If anything is added (waiting beyond the free time), it is charged after the ride to the payment method you used, or settled through a payment link.
Service is included in the price, and tipping is not expected. For a pick-up less than 2 hours away, online booking is closed: call us or message us on WhatsApp, and our team will tell you how to pay.
The confirmation email sums up the date, time, pick-up address, destination, vehicle and the price paid.
