Stations and Eurostar

Where does the chauffeur meet me at Gare du Nord when I arrive on the Eurostar?

Short answer

Your chauffeur waits with a sign showing your name at the exit agreed with them; the car is parked near the main forecourt, on the rue de Dunkerque side. Give us your train number when booking: at a station, 30 minutes of waiting are free. The trip to central Paris costs €85 in an E-Class and €105 in a V-Class.

In detail

Coming from London, passport checks take place before departure, so in Paris you walk straight off the train. You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 1 hour before pick-up. If you cannot see the sign as you leave the platform, call them: the station is large and stopping areas outside are restricted.

If you would like to be met on the platform itself, a greeter can wait as you step off the train and carry your luggage to the chauffeur: this is our station Meet & Greet, at €290 per arrival, on top of the transfer. From Gare du Nord, CDG is reached at the CDG flat rate (€115 in an E-Class), as from any address in Paris.
