Are your prices really fixed, with no hidden extras?
Short answer
Yes. The price is worked out before you book, shown before you pay and guaranteed: it does not change at night, at weekends, on public holidays, in high season or with traffic. Tolls and fuel are included. A ride starts at €85 in an E-Class, €105 in a V-Class and €140 in an S-Class.
In detail
Only three amounts can be added after the ride, and their rules are known in advance: waiting beyond the free time (60 minutes at the airport, 30 at a station, 15 at any other address), charged at the hourly rate for the class per hour or part hour; any hour started beyond a chauffeur-on-demand booking; and long-stay parking in a paid car park, passed on at cost.
Child seats and mobility assistance are free. The price is per vehicle, not per passenger. A price shown by the online booking is guaranteed for 20 minutes; after that, the page recalculates it before you pay.
