I left something in the chauffeur's car: how do I get it back?
Short answer
Write to us as soon as possible, by WhatsApp or email, with the date of the trip and a description of the item. Every chauffeur checks the vehicle at drop-off; if your item is found, we bring it back to you, in principle free of charge, depending on how far out of the way it is.
In detail
Tell us where you are and until when: at your hotel, at the airport before a flight, or already gone. Your chauffeur has your name and the trip details; we agree with you on a time and place for the handover, at your Paris address or at your hotel reception.

Before you get out, a quick look at the seats, the door pockets and the boot prevents most forgotten items, especially at the airport when time is short.
