Drop-off, then pick-up at the end: how does it work?
Book the outward and return trips at fixed times, or keep the same chauffeur for the whole evening. You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number no later than 2 hours before pick-up. At an address, the first 15 minutes of waiting are free; after that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate of the class booked, per hour or part hour, and after 60 minutes without news the booking counts as a no-show. With a chauffeur by the hour, waiting is included in the hours booked.

Chauffeur by the hour: €95/h in an E-Class, €135/h in a V-Class, 3-hour minimum; 4-hour package €380 or 6-hour package €555 in an E-Class. The chauffeur stays at your disposal. For a group, the Mercedes V-Class seats up to 7 passengers; for luggage, 4 large suitcases in the boot + 2 medium ones + a pushchair or a cabin suitcase, plus hand luggage; with fewer passengers, more suitcases (up to 5 passengers: 8 to 9 suitcases).
