Paris to Courchevel by car with a chauffeur: how long does it take?

Short answer

Allow 5 h 30 to 6 h for some 600 km, from your Paris address to the chalet door: the motorway to Albertville, then Moûtiers and the climb up to Courchevel. The price is fixed per vehicle, tolls and fuel included; the 2026-27 season rate, still provisional, is published on our Paris to ski resorts page.

In detail

You can drive straight through or stop for lunch. Skis, suitcases and children travel in the same vehicle, with no change at Moûtiers: the V-Class takes up to 7 passengers. On school-holiday Saturdays, the Tarentaise valley often adds an hour or more.

Once in the resort, the same chauffeur can stay on: by the day (10 hours) or by the week (6 days of 10 hours, Saturday to Saturday). Our vehicles run on 3PMSF winter tyres with snow chains on board, as French mountain law requires from 1 November to 31 March.

The trip is booked through a quote, confirmed in writing before you pay; 48 hours' notice is recommended. By train, the TGV leaves you in Moûtiers, and the climb with all your luggage still has to be arranged.
