Practical information

Coming to Paris for medical treatment from abroad: how do I arrange my transport?

Short answer

The simplest way: a chauffeur meets you at the airport, drives you to your hotel or to the clinic, then stays at your disposal on appointment days, from 3 to 12 hours a day. On arrival, a Meet & Greet (€250) can accompany you from the aircraft door to the car; mobility assistance is free.

In detail

For a treatment stay, plan three things: the arrival transfer, for example €115 from CDG to Paris in an E-Class, or €159 in a V-Class with a companion and luggage; appointment days with a chauffeur at disposal, €720 for 8 hours in an E-Class, waiting included; then the departure transfer.

All our chauffeurs speak French and English; a chauffeur who speaks your language, such as Arabic, Russian, Turkish or Chinese, can be requested 48 hours ahead, at no extra cost and subject to availability. A patient in a wheelchair that does not fold travels in a V-Class, on a quote.

For a stay of several weeks, a quote sets out the hours per day and the vehicle; the price is confirmed in writing before you pay. You are never asked about the medical reason, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed on request.
