Precellence Service is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (loi Informatique et Libertés).
2. Data collected
As part of our private chauffeur services, we collect the following data:
- Identity: last name, first name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Ride: pick-up address, destination, date and time
- Flight: flight number (for airport transfers only)
- Payment: payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers
- Company: company name, job title (for B2B accounts only)
3. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is used exclusively to:
- Process and confirm your private chauffeur bookings
- Communicate with you before, during and after the ride (confirmation SMS, flight tracking)
- Issue invoices and manage accounting
- Improve the quality of our services
- Reply to your contact or quote requests
We do not engage in any unsolicited commercial prospecting. You will never receive a newsletter without your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on (Article 6 GDPR):
- Performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): your data is necessary to perform the transport service you booked
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): retention of invoices in accordance with French tax law
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for any optional marketing communication (opt-in only)
5. Retention period
- Booking data: 3 years after the last booking
- Invoicing data: 10 years (legal accounting obligation under French law)
- Contact data: 3 years after the last contact
- Payment data: not retained (processed by Stripe)
Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Data sharing
Your data is never sold, rented or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
The only recipients, acting as data processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR, are:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) — for European users, data is processed within the European Union via Cloudflare Ireland Ltd. (Dublin); any transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR)
- Stripe: secure credit card payment processing (PCI DSS certified)
- Resend / Amazon SES: sending of transactional emails (booking confirmation)
- Google (Firebase, Google Maps, Google Analytics 4): booking database (Firebase), address autocomplete (Maps), statistical audience measurement (Analytics — see section 8)
- Our chauffeurs: only information necessary for the assignment (name, pick-up address, destination) — each chauffeur is bound by an NDA
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement (DPA) ensuring a level of protection compliant with the GDPR.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22), you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
- Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right of erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your data
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Right to object: object to the processing of your data
- Right to restriction: restrict processing in certain cases

8. Cookies
Our website uses:
- Technical cookies required for the website to function (navigation session, language preference)
- Audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4), for statistical purposes only. They are set only with your consent, collected via our cookie banner; you may accept, refuse or withdraw this consent at any time.
We use no advertising or commercial-profiling cookies. No data is sold to advertising networks.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
- SSL/TLS encryption across the entire website
- Restricted access to personal data (principle of least privilege)
- NDA signed by every chauffeur and collaborator
- Secure hosting via Cloudflare (Cloudflare Ireland Ltd., Dublin, for European users' data)
